I am a somatic sex & relationship coach trained in the Somatica® method.  Somatica® is an experiential, body-based approach to intimacy coaching that goes far beyond traditional talk-based methods.  I chose to train in the Somatica® method because of my own experience in the personal growth space.  What I found was that I could get so much farther so much faster in my healing with experiential practices rather than just talking through things.  I have a feeling that when you really commit to experiential healing work, the same will be true for you! 

Think of my coaching practice as a relationship lab.  In the lab, you get the chance to actually practice what you’re working on, and get guidance from me in real time.  This is a loving, safe space where you will be held in a container that facilitates the deepest levels of healing.  We will practice the tools of secure attachment with each other, and you will be able to then take your newfound skills out into the real world. 

While I am fully qualified to handle any and all concerns under the umbrella of sex, relationships, and intimacy, I’ve included a list of my particular specialties below.
